Come join us on Saturday, January 29 for the Statehood Ball at the Talmage Library and Event Center as we celebrate our great state of Kansas! This event will be held from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Preceptor Derrick Doty will call out the dances such as the Jenny Lind Polka and the Virginia Reel, while the Kansas Brigade Band provides the music.

Masks are optional, but we do ask that you bring proof of vaccination. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for ages 5 and under. Period dress is encouraged but not required. This event is sponsored by the Dickinson County Historical Society and the Community Foundation of Dickinson County.
